Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Dehradun to Kedarnath

At around 6:30 am you will arrive at Dehradun’s Sahastradhara Helipad which marks the beginning of the Kedarnath helicopter yatra.
At around 7 am your journey will start with a smooth departure from Sahastradhara Helipad.
After a 50 to 60 minutes of flying journey, at around 7:50 am you will land at Phata, Guptkashi, or Sitapur helipad. Catch the breathtaking views of the lush green valleys and majestic Himalayas during the aerial yatra.
You will be transferred to the Kedarnath Helipad via a shuttle service. From the main entrance of the Kedarnath Temple, Kedarnath Helipad is situated at a distance of around 500 meters. From the helipad, you are required to cover the walking distance to reach the Kedarnath Temple. In around 15 minutes you will reach the temple.
After reaching the temple you’ll perform pooja and seek the blessings of Lord Kedarnath. We will offer you the VIP Darshan Pass facility that will save you from the hassle of standing in a long line to visit the shrine. Pay your offerings to Shiva for lifelong prosperity and happiness.
After the divine darshan of Lord Kedar, you will depart from the Kedarnath Dham.
You will then arrive back at Dehradun’s Sahastradhara Helipad. As you reach back to Dehradun your Kedarnath Yatra by Helicopter journey will finally come to an end. Now you can return to your hometown taking back tons of memories of the trip.

Advisory

You’re advised to reach Dehradun at least a day before the start of your yatra since early in the morning you will have to board the helicopter. You need to know that the boarding process may take some time so unless you arrive beforehand the boarding time you won’t be able to complete the formalities. In worst cases, you may not be allowed to board the helicopter.
To avoid any unforeseen circumstances (such as some sort of technical or operational issues or weather change) that may be a possible reason for your delay, you should book return train tickets or flights for the next day (keep in hand at least one additional day). No compensation will be offered if you miss out train/flight or any other things.
All Chardham temples are situated in high-altitude areas. All the passengers should keep during travel their daily-use medical kits.
